If not, attach the tablet to another USB port and in Desktop Center go to Backup settings -> Reset Settings. Open the Wacom Desktop Center and check if the tablet is found. If you have configured you system to place Program Files on another driver, copy the Tablet folder from that drive to C: There should be a new folder C:\Program Files\Tablet.

Then disable virus protection software temporarily and install the driver, version 6.3.20-7 is recommended and should work fine. There should be some new entries in device manager for HID and no problems. Then attach the tablet and wait til Windows has recognized it. If there is an HID compliant mouse with properties of Wacom, remove it as well. Then restart Windows, go to device manager and check, if there is any Wacom entry still, remove it.

I suggest to first unplug the tablet and uninstall any Wacom driver (in the software list tablet drivers and software show under Bamboo, Tablet, Pen Tablet or Wacom Tablet). You may see this in the Wacom desktop Center when you try to open the Tablet properties. If you have a CD with 6.3.13 that is for an older tablet model.) A message about 'no supported tablet found' is not coming from the driver, but from some application trying to access the driver. Thanks in advance.ĭid you have an older tablet installed before ? However it detected by the system as a mouse for some reason and I cannot find a way for it to work. The tablet DOES have power though and does have light and responds to touch or pen by blinking. I have tried installing other compatible(accdng to the wacom iste) versions of the model. I have tried multiple things I've seen on the net but I cant find a solution. Sadly this comes up as the prevalent error message: A Supported tablet was not found on the system. Hi, I just bought an Intuos Comic CTH490 and tried to install it on My Dell Inspiron 15, Win10 OS.
